Mr. Arjun Upadhyay is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and graduate in commerce from Osmania University, with a wide and rich professional experience since 2017. He specializes in compliance with Company Law, SEBI Listing Regulations, Forex Law, secretarial Standards, secretarial due diligence, drafting of agreements, petitions, and other legal procedures.
